 The Grove is a clothing optional resort. Therefore, partial or full nudity is to be expected. The Grove is also a lifestyle resort. This means couples and single females wishing to spice up there sex life will be attending. Sexual activity is allowed only in designated areas of the resort. The Grove maintains a strict NO MEANS NO policy. If someone has told you no or they are not interested and you still push the issue you will be asked to leave the resort and may not return in the future. Pushiness or unwanted pressure to make someone do anything they are not comfortable with will not be tolerated. You are permitted to bring your own alcohol and coolers are permitted everywhere in the resort. Heavy drinking is discouraged. Guests and members will be held accountable for their actions even while under the influence of alcohol. We ask that our guests and members exercise common sense and courtesy at all times. Remember only treat others like you would like to be treated. No glass is permitted in the the pool and the hot tub. This includes, but is not limited to beer and wine bottles. The Grove maintains and enforces a ZERO Drug Tolerance Policy. Anyone caught violating this policy will be barred from the resort. Guests and members interested in photography or videotaping while at The Grove are required to contact the resort's management prior to arrival for approval. Film will be confiscated and non-compliance will result in a permanent ban from The Grove. Guests are liable for any special clean up and property damage. For hygiene sake, please bring a large towel to sit on at all times when nude. Not only is it common courtesy but it is required! Always shower before entering the pool and the hot tub. You may wear whatever clothing that makes you comfortable. However, you must be nude in order to get into the pool or the hot tub. Clothing of any type in the pool or the hot tub in not allowed. All of the rest of the resort is clothing optional. At times nature can work on male visitors. The strategic placement of a towel during these times is fine but not required. Campfires are not permitted except in the fire ring by the shuffleboard court. Fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind are not allowed at The Grove. Illegal substances, offensive intoxication, anti-social behavior and / or predatory behavior will not be tolerated. Pets are allowed in the camping areas only and must be kept on a leash and away from all of the common areas. Please be a responsible owner and clean up after your pet. No pets are allowed in any of the rentals or club house. Loud and vulgar language in the common areas will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of those around you. The solicitation of sex for money or other exchanges is strictly prohibited. The Grove reserves the right to add or modify rules that exist at anytime without notice. Members will be subject to the rules, regulations and conditions of membership as modified or amended. Members agree that their membership at The Grove is for their own personal and private purposes, that they are not joining to solicit others for any illegal purpose. Further, that each member is not joining for purposes of any official or legal investigation, for purposes of reporting to any news agency. Only authorized advertising or other media individuals may join or attend for specific and express purposes as authorized by The Grove. No person may become a member of The Grove unless they have signed and agreed to the rules, regulations and conditions of membership. All memberships are retained in utmost confidentiality. The Grove will not release your personal information to any outside sources (unless required by law) The Grove reserves the right to ban guests / visitors and members for violating any of its policies at the management’s discretion. The Grove also reserves the right to deny and / or revoke membership without notice and / or refund. Management is committed to upholding its policies, including expulsion and prosecution for unacceptable behavior. Management is always quick to respond to complaints of any unacceptable behavior and we appreciate constructive feedback from members. We hope to make your stay at The Grove a pleasant one. |
